The policy cited in support of not including such lists is [[WP:NOTMEMORIAL]].  Discussions have taken place on many previous occasions, on various different articles, including but not limited to, e.g., [Talk:Omagh_bombing/Archives/2007/8|here], [Talk:M62_coach_bombing#The_Dead|here], [Talk:Birmingham_pub_bombings#The_dead|here], and [Talk:Kingsmill_massacre#Names_of_victims|here].  A common theme of such discussions is that whatever about listing or naming people in prose within specific articles, articles devoted to the dead are definitely not to be included.  Given that level of precedence, this deletion should be uncontroversial.
