'''Elizabeth "Lizzie" Devine''', often just referred to as '''Lizzie''', is the overprotective girlfriend of [[Numbuh One|Nigel Uno]], the leader of Sector V of the [[Kids Next Door]] organization.  Although it does not seem like Numbuh One likes having Lizzie as his girlfriend, this is proved innacurate as he has a picture of her on a wall next to his bed so the people who do not like the relationship between Lizzie and Numbuh One know that if they don't like it, they have to then deal with it, since it is rumored they have a future together. He was also angered when class president James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield rewired the  [[YesDear 5000|YesDear 5000]] machine, more commonly referred to as the "Boyfriend Helmet"  to work on Lizzie to make her his queen because he had a crush on her. In the same epidsode, Operation S.N.O.W.I.N.G., Numbah One said "I want to spend c[[Christmas]] with my girlfriend, Lizzie". Just before he was trying to save her, Numbuh One acted like he did not think of Lizzie as his girlfriend because his fellow classmates made fun of him about having a "annoying girlfriend", since Lizzie is always embarrassing him in front of everyone. Lizzie is always either embarrassing or infuriated at Numbuh One one because she is extremely overprotective of Numbuh One. She also worries that Numbuh One might try to break up with her, so she does everything in (contracted; show full)
