Shall I move [[Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 3rd Marquess of Salisbury]] to [[Lord Salisbury]] (a disambiguation page), since he is known universally as Lord Salisbury?  When I get around to putting in the other marquis de La Fayette, where ought they to go?
