2017- Starfest will be celebrating the convention's 40th anniversary and returning to the newly remodeled  Denver Tech Center Marriott Hotel. Guests for the 40th Anniversary included [[Walter Koenig]] Star Trek's Chekov, [[Ren
eé Auberjonois]] from DS9, [[Christian Kane]] from the Librarians, and many other exciting guests. Christian Kane gave a wonderful concert in the evening and The Federation Ball gave attendees  change to Rock the Night Away.
