Although Numbah 1 does would rather avoid the romantic dates Lizzie seems to prefer, it is clear that he truly does care for her. He was also angered when class president James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield rewired the  [[YesDear 5000#YesDear 5000|YesDear 5000]] machine, more commonly referred to as the "Boyfriend Helmet", to work on Lizzie.  This helmet was used to brainwash Lizzie into becoming President Jimmy's girlfriend.

Lizzie often calls her boyfriend "Nigie". Her parents or other family members have not yet been seen or mentioned in an episode.
