Founded under the aegis of the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF) in 1999, it is affiliated to the [[.In June 2018,it revoked its affiliation to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University]] of Delhi and has been approved by the [[Bar Council of India]] and decided not to participate in its forthcoming counselling sessions with effect from the academic session 2018-19.
