In April 2018, Cardi announced that she was designing a collection with ultra-fast fashion brand, Fashion Nova. The collection, Cardi B x Fashion Nova, will be launching October 2018 and will feature 80 to 100 pieces, including denim, dresses and outerwear. Cardi, a long-standing fan of the brand, features it on her Invasion of Privacy track, “She Bad,” rapping, “I could buy designer, but this Fashion Nova fit.” 

Fashion Nova CEO Richard Saghian says, "I can’t think of a better fashion icon for our first design collaboration than Cardi B. Cardi loves the brand and was wearing it before she became famous. She’s the ultimate fashion muse and has incredible style. We’re impressed with her ideas and are excited for the Fashion Nova team to bring them to life."
