==General Info==
Rhotuka spinners are propeller-like wheels of energy that can be launched at others to achieve some effect. A Rhotuka's power is determined by the identity of whoever launches it, and its flight path is controlled telepathically. If one's body is mutated then their personal Rhotuka power is changed as well. Many creatures have Rhotuka launchers built into their anatomy; those that don't must use a mechanical launcher, but this does not affect the power of the resulting Rhotuka. Due to the Rhotuka's magnetic field, which holds the spinner together to a certain degree, the [[Rahaga]] and [[Toa Hordika]] are able to "hook" their tools into the field and then ride the Rhotuka through the air.

There are 12 Rhotuka to collect besides the standard Hordika-Visorak grey to be collected in Rhotuka packs. These are of the colours black, white, brown, red, dark red, orange, yellow, lime, dark green, light blue, blue and metallic blue. The plastic for these collectable Rhotuka is mixed in with silver plastic to give it a unique effect. A further five Rhotuka of only one colour corresponding with their own are available with the Rahaga (all except Gaaki who comes with a grey one). Altogether this makes 18 Rhotuka to collect.⏎

There are 20 Rhotuka to collect. The basic grey colour comes with the Hordika, Visorak, Sidorak, Roodaka and Gaaki packs. The collectible packs had 12 colours, each mixed in with silver plastic. These were black, white, brown, red, dark red, orange, yellow, lime, dark green, light blue, blue and metallic blue. A further five Rhotuka of only one colour (red, gold, brown, black and white) came with the remaining Rahaga sets. Also, the Keetongu set has an orange Rhotuka, and the Umbra from the 2006 seriesd a dark green.⏎
