  Dogg}} (the editor referenced in the diff you linked) definitely looks like the same editor based on edit summaries. I agree that this looks oddly familiar in some other way, but I can't put my finger on it either. I'll keep my eyes open too. Given that both are (supposedly) inactive, not sure if it's worth opening an SPI, and I don't think they've been disruptive enough for a CU.
