I feel xwrits meets [[WP:SOFTWARE]] because it is in the repositories of Fedora Linux[http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/5/i386/repodata/repoview/xwrits-0-2.23-1.fc5.html] and Ubuntu Linux[http://packages.ubuntulinux.org/dapper/source/xwrits].

Also, I have added to the article.
