== Appreciation Event (aka CloudFest) ==
The Oracle OpenWorld Appreciation Event is the conference's closing party, although it happens on the second last day - Wednesday. The day after is usually low in sessions, no keynotes, and ends by early afternoon.

For many years it used to take place at [[Treasure Island, San Francisco|Treasure Island]], with dozens of shuttles taking attendees from [[Moscone Center]] over the [[San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge]]. In 2016 it moved to the [[AT&T Park]]
 (now Oracle Park), where attendees could easily take a walk.
