There are 20 Rhotuka to collect. The basic grey colour comes with theility==
Most 2005 toy sets, including the [[Rahaga]], [[Toa Hordika, ]], [[Visorak, ]], [[Toa Hagah]], "titan" sets ([[Sidorak, ]], [[Roodaka]], and Gaaki packs. The collectible packs had 12 colours, each mixed in with silver plastic. These were black[[Rahi (Bionicle)#Keetongu|Keetongu]]), and the Battle for Metru Nui playset included Rhotuka; Toa and Visorak had two each, Rahaga and titans had one each, and Battle for Metru Nui had three. The majority of these were basic silvery-gray, white, brown, red, dark red, orange, yellow, lime, dark green, light blue, blue and metallic blue. A further five Rhotuka of only one colour (red, gold, brown, black (And rarely Dark gray in Bomonga) and white) came with the remaining Rahaga sets. Also, the Keetongu set has an red Rhotuka, and the Umbra from the 2006 seriesd a dark greenh the following exceptions:

Rhotuka packs included 12 additional colors, all half-gray: bright red-and-gray, dark red-and-gray, orange-and-gray, bright blue-and-gray, dark blue-and-gray, light blue-and-gray, green-and-gray, lime green-and-gray, brown-and-gray, yellow-and-gray, black-and-gray, and white-and-gray. This makes a total of 21 Rhotuka colors to collect.

In each set, including Rhotuka packs but with the exception of Battle for Metru Nui, one Rhotuka was printed with a code in [[Bionicle society#Language|Matoran lettering]] that could be entered at [http://www.bionicle.com Bionicle.com]'s Kanoka Club for points.

The following year, the [[Order of Mata Nui#Umbra|Umbra]] set included two green-and-gray Rhotuka.
