Chu Shong-tin (徐尚田 1933 - ) was the third student of martial arts teacher Yip Man in the discipline of Wing Chun, and remained at Yip Man's school to become his senior instructor.
He moved to Hong Kong in November of 1949.
He started learning Wing Chun informally in September of 1950 and he became Yip's formal student in January of 1951. Nowadays, he teaches some Australian students by body language, or assisted by other Chinese students, since he doesn't speak English. Sometimes, there are even more Caucasmore Australians than Chinese in the class.

He wrote the book 《詠春寶鑑》 and produced instructional DVDs. He claims that if the students sell the instructional materials, they must sell them in a higher price.

He is known as the 'King of Siu Nim Tao', Wing Chun's most important form and its crucial foundation. He saybelieves that more time should be given to practicese Siu Nim Tao than Chum Kiu and Biu Jee.
