==Profile==
Elizabeth "Lizzie" Devine is the overprotective girlfriend of [[Numbuh One|Numbuh 1/Nigel Uno]], the leader of Sector V of the [[Kids Next Door Organization|Kids Next Door]] organization. 

In Operation: S.N.O.W.I.N.G. she mentions her dreams are to be a queen or a realestate agent.

In Operation: D.A.T.E., Lizzie was given the temporary numbuh of 49 when she helped with a mission.

===YesDear 5000===
Twice in the series, the machine most associated with Lizzie was seen, the [[List of Technologies of Villains in Codename: Kids Next Door#YesDear 5000|YesDear 5000]], more commonly referred to as a "boyfriend helmet". In Op L.I.Z.Z.I.E., Lizzie first used the machine on Nigel to make him her obedient [[love slave]]. The second time was in Op S.N.O.W.I.N.G., when the [[Jimmy McGarfield|class president James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield]] rewired it to work on Lizzie to make her his queen because he had a crush on her. Jimmy's assistant, Anna Worthington, was jealous because she loved Jimmy and helped Sector V rescue Lizzie. Lizzie's disgusting [[soup]] made the helmet go haywire, and Lizzie was freed. 

===Family===

In Operation: W.H.I.T.E.-H.O.U.S.E., in an alternate universe she was Numbuh 1's wife and the first lady, and mother of the boy Shirley (she wanted a girl) a.k.a. Viggo or Numbuh 1600.

===Eizzil Enived===
In Operation: P.O.O.L., Lizzie had an aggressive and overbearing evil counterpart named [[List of minor antagonists in Codename: Kids Next Door#Destructively Nefarious Kids|Eizzil Enived (Lizzie Devine spelled backwards)]]. Eizzil has an ex-boyfriend, Negative Numbuh 1.

==Relationships==
===Numbuh 1===
Lizzie is Numbuh 1's girlfriend. Throughout the series, Numbuh 1 was the only member of Sector V who had a serious relationship, reflecting his more mature approach to life to match his mature and serious approach to leadership. Numbuh 1's commimtent to the KND however often came between the two, and he often avoided the romantic dates Lizzie seemed to prefer to focus on his team or a mission. Despite his irritation with her nagging and domineering attitude, he truley did care for her. He was also angered when class president James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield rewired the  [[YesDear 5000#YesDear 5000|YesDear 5000]] machine, more commonly referred to as the "Boyfriend Helmet", to work on Lizzie.  This helmet was used to brainwash Lizzie into becoming President Jimmy's girlfriend. Lizzie often calls her boyfriend "Nigie".

In "Operation: G.I.R.L.F.R.I.E.N.D", a malfunctioning Sector V Treehouse developed surprising feelings for Nigel and attacked Lizzie. Forced to destroy the Treehouse to save her, Nigel was shocked to find Lizzie had reached her breaking point with his wreckless life as KND leader, and told him she couldn't compete with his work, and that she wanted a down to earth boyfreind. It was revealed near the end of the episode their break-up was one of many things that the mysterious Splinter Cell faction had been orchestrating behind the scenes.

===Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 & 5===
Numbuhs 2, 3, 4, and 5 seem to take a dislike for Lizzie. However, Numbuh 3 seems to like Lizzie's taste in fashion and briefly spoke to Lizzie on the phone is Operation Z.E.R.O.

===Jimmy McGarfield===
Jimmy McGarfield had a crush on Lizzie and intended to make her his "queen" in Operation: S.N.O.W.I.N.G.

===Numbuh 10===
Lizzie became friends with Numbah 10 at the end of Operation: H.O.L.I.D.A.Y. after discovering that Numbuhs 1 and 10 were cousins rather than dating, as Lizzie had originally believed.

Lizzie has been involved in the following KND missions: Ops L.I.Z.Z.I.E., Q.U.I.E.T., D.A.T.E., C.A.K.E.D.-T.W.O., L.E.A.D.E.R., N.U.G.G.E.T., P.O.O.L., [[List of Codename: Kids Next Door episodes (Season 4)#L.U.N.C.H.|L.U.N.C.H.]] (she went on that mission alone), S.N.O.W.I.N.G., F.E.R.A.L, H.O.L.I.D.A.Y, R.E.C.E.S.S., H.A.M.S.T.E.R., and W.H.I.T.E.-H.O.U.S.E.
