hello i´m dj pocho the dj/producer of la otra escoria the band begin in 1996 with zacek and zebra in the mic and dj loco in da music recording the first demo tape with a sound closer to the 80´s electro because the music was based in roland sintetizers and turnatables, in 1997 the lineup was dj poncho (music), zacek , zebra and beggar in voices, we did several show opewning to LOS TETAS from Chile, DELINQUENT HABITS (usa),BABASONICOS (argentina)and record the second demo tape using loops and sampling because our gear grow up with sampler an alexis adat and other toys.
in 1999 beggar left the band and tha actual line up is zebra and sacek (mc´s)cexi (female chourus)and dj poncho (music).if somebody wants mp3´s from LA OTRA ESCORIA or of our collateral projetcs just send a mail to [email protected]
