Revision 124408940 of "Tripartite monotheism" on enwiki

April 2007
April 2007

The technical term used to refer to Trinitarian Christianity's understanding of God. This form of monotheism is distinct from tritheism, as there is no recognition of a separation between the Persons of the Trinity. A Christian who worships Jesus exclusively follows a poorly-balanced trinity. Those who truly approach a triune God must do so with all Persons of that God recognized equally. To not do so is to fall into tritheism or dualism.
