Fudbalski Klub Radnik (Cyrillic: ФК Радник, English: Football Club Radnik) is a football club playing in the city of Bijeljina, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The club was relegated from Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2006/2007 season to First League of the Republika Srpska. The name Radnik means worker.

History
The first football was brought to Bijeljina in 1916. The first football club was FK Podrinje which was formed in 1919. Later came the clubs FK Zora in 1920, FK Građanski in 1923, and FK Semberija in 1935. After World War II FK Radnik was formed.

1945-1990
FK Radnik was founded in 14.06.1945. It didn't take long for FK Radnik Bijeljina to win their first trophy. In 1948 they became champions of Tuzla District beating FK Sloboda Tuzla in the final. A year later, FK Radnik entered the 1/16 round of the Yugoslavian Cup. In 1957 FK Radnik entered the Novi Sad/Srem zone. In 1971/72, FK Radnik became champions of Republic League of Bosnia and Herzegovina and they entered a playoff for a place in the 2nd League of Yugoslavia. FK Radnik played FK Sloga from Vukovar in the playoff where FK Radnik won both matches, 4:0 in Bijeljina and 8:0 in Vukovar. FK Radnik entered the 2nd League of Yugoslavia playing against clubs like FK Proleter Zrenjanin and FK Bečej.

Another great achievement of Radnik Bijeljina is the junior team winning the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup in 1987. In the semi final FK Radnik beat FK Velež Mostar in Mostar 5:2. In the final FK Radnik beat Polet Bosanski Brod in penalties to win the trophy. That generation had players such as Petar Savić and Boro Đokić.

1990s
From 1995 to 1997 the club was called FK Panteri Bijeljina.

In 1998/99 Radnik Bijeljina won their first Republika Srpska 1. Liga title. That generation had players such as Branimir Bajić who later moved to Partizan Beograd in Serbia.

2000s
In 2004/05 Radnik won their second title which got them a place in the Bosnia and Herzegovina Premier League for the 2005/2006 season.

Note that "Radnik" is also the name of a basketball team from Bijeljina, KK Radnik Bijeljina.

Supporters
The Supporters of the club are known as Incident which was formed in 2000. Before Incident there was a group known as Blue Army which was formed before the 1992-1995 war. During that time they travelled in good numbers to many places such as Aranđelovac, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, and Belgrade. In April 2000, the members of Blue Army met and decided to form a new group, so fan club Incident Bijeljina was established. The first game the group attended was at a basketball match between KK Radnik Bijeljina and KK Široki. They numbered 1000 for there first appearance. They support all Radnik sports clubs in football, basketball, handball and volleyball.

Incident Bijeljina also attends Serbia's international matches. They attended the World Cup 2006 in Germany to support Serbia.
