This Boston area [[straight edge]] [[Hardcore Punk|Hardcore]] band was started by [[Joey Cardona]] and [[Jesse Standhard]] in 2002, the band was originally named [[Invasion (band)]]. They released a demo under this name and then changed the name to Righteous Jams in 2003 following the addition of Elgin Nathan James (formerly of [[Wrecking Crew (band)]] and [[454 Big Block]]). They've recorded a self titled EP and two full length albums under this name. They are currently signed to [[Abacus Recordings]] with vinyl duties done by [[Lockin' Out Records]].
