:I believe that is correct, especially around the time of Dark Empire, where the New Republic was nearly reduced back to the Rebel Alliance. Oh, on another note, the ''Eclipse II'' was not destroyed in its collision with the Galaxy Gun. Instead, it plowed right through it. The ship was annihilated when Byss exploded.
