Like most KND sectors, Sector V's headquarters are a huge treehouse, located in an unknown state (possibly Virginia or Vermont) in the United States.

He revealed to [[Numbuh 5]] that some KND operatives get to stay in the KND organization after they turn 13 — they act as super-secret covert agents that infiltrate Teenager and Adult Facilities and gather anti-kid information the adults and teens might be plotting to [[Kids Next Door Moonbase & Arctic Base|KND Global Command]]. It is presumed that both [[Numbuh 5]] and Cree have a crush on him. Salsa is one of his favorite foods. He was Cree's prom date in Operation: V.I.R.U.S. Appears in Operation: P.A.R.T.Y. Voiced by [[Khary Payton]]. He is based on [[Mo Willems|Maurice "Mo" Willems]], who left the show.

*Each of the KND Characters of Sector V have obscured eyes: Numbah 1's sunglasses, Numbah 2's goggles, Numbah 3's eyes are squinty (but only because she's constantly happy), Numbah 4's hair and Numbah 5's hat.
*According to [[Mo Willems]], the ages from oldest to youngest are: Numbuhs 5, 4, 2, 1 & 3. This is confirmed by Mr. Warburton excluding Numbuhs 2 and 4.
