Common Travel Area
Hi Hoserjoe, You added a line about there being a "Common Travel Area" between the US and Canada. Is it actually called that? I can't find anything on the web about it. Thanks, ... ==Elvis Presley==
Your "Christian" additions have been noted. I was wondering: is there a difference between "Christian" music and "Gospel" music, which is already mentioned as being a very significant musical influence? If their isn't, your additions, specifying Christianity, look rather odd. I think such additions, like the reference to the Blackwood Brothers, need citations to support them. Thank you. :As an uninvolved watcher, I have to tell you your edits are very stressful to see. You at least need to be discussing these changes before you make them. They're just too big and too fast. I have reverted you, and urge you to stop before deciding to revamp the entire article. Jeffpw (talk) 23:07, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
::Thank you for your message. I've made my position clear on this. There is a difference between announcing what you're going to do beforehand and achieving consensus. My experience here, and elsewhere, is that the latter is more pleasant all round. I wish you luck with your "clean up", but prepare to defend it line by line in an RfC, bearing in mind that Elvis Presley is probably one of the most scrutinised articles in Wikipedia and has achieved Good Article status. --<font color="7F007F">Rodhullandemu</font> (please reply here - contribs) 11:46, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
:Thank you for your comment on my User Page, rather than my Talk Page. I decline to amend my comments. --<font color="7F007F">Rodhullandemu</font> (please reply here - contribs) 14:02, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
:Yes, that was my Talk page, as opposed to my User page, whence I moved your previous message. And as to whether the Elvis article was a Good Article, you will see here that another user has delisted it from that status pending a proper rewrite of the article. That is why I declined to change my opinion. --<font color="7F007F">Rodhullandemu</font> (please reply here - contribs) 22:28, 25 November 2007 (UTC)All content in the above text box is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license Version 4 and was originally sourced from https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?oldid=173762877.
