The phrase is often used to refer to erotic material aimed at the under sixteen consumer market. Though rare, some of the most celebrated artistic material produced by contemporary Indonesian film makers is erotic in nature, and despite national law prohibiting the sale of such works to a minor vendors specifically target the pre-teen demographic.
