== Terrorism against Lebanon ==

[[Lebanon]] has suffered a lot from terrorist attacks, so early since its independence.

=== Before [[1967]] ===

Principaly from [[Israel]], [[Lebanon]] has been attacked in 1948 by jewish terrorist organisations like Hagana, Schtern, ... and israeli troops occupied 28 villages named by the "seven villages". Israel expulsed more then 300 000 palestinien to [[Lebanon]].

=== Between [[1967]] and [[1982]] ===

In [[1967]], [[Lebanon]] suffered from the israeli invasion to [[Egypt]] and [[Syria]], and the [[Shebaa farms]] region was occupied, as well as Kfarshouba farms.

On 29 December 1969, israeli airplaes attacks Beirut International Airport and destroys 13 airplanes in the ground worth of 43 million dollars.

In [[1973]], israeli commandos raided Beirut and killed 3 palestinians.

In [[1975]], Israel killed 9 persons and wounded 23 in the Aitharoun Massacre.
15 Octobre 1975, an Israeli tank deliberately ran over a car carrying 16 people, and none of them escaped death in Kounin lebanese village.

In 16 october [[1976]], after a two- month siege and hours of shelling, the occupation forces stormed Hounin village and turned it into a bloodbath. (20 dead).
On 21 Octobre, the crowded market of [[http://www.bintjbeil.com Bint Jbeil] was the target of a sudden barrage of Israeli bombs, slaughtering a lot of people. (23 dead, 30 wounded)

On 14 March [[1978]], Israel launched a attack over [[Lebanon]) called "[[Litani]] operation". Israel invaded south Lebanon, killing and destroying like Khiam massacre (100 perons killed), Ouzai (26), Abbasiyye (80), Adloun (17). On 19 March, the security council adopted the 425 resolution, ordering Israel of an immediate withdraw from Lebanon.

*Saida Massacre - April/4/1981.
- 20 martyrs, 30 wounded. 

One of Saida’s residential areas was targeted by the Israeli artillery which resulted in killing of many civilians and damaging to many buildings. 


*Fakhani Massacre - July/17/1981.
- 150 martyrs., 600 wounded. 

A horrible massacre took place when Israeli warplanes raided a crowded residential area using the most developed weapons killing and wounding many citizens. 


* Beirut Massacre - July/17/1981.
- 150 martyrs, 600 wounded 

Israeli warplanes staged several raids on many parts of Beirut, Ouzai, Ramlet Al baida, fakhani, chatila and the area of the Arab University, killing many citizens. 

=== Between [[1982]] and [[2000]] ===

Israel invaded Lebanon in 1982, and occupied the capital [[Beirut]]. More then ten tousand people were dead including the Sabra and Shatila massacre where 2000 palestinians were killed by christian israeli troops.

* Jibsheet Massacre - March/27/1984.
- Seven martyrs, 10 wounded. 

The occupation forcers’ tanks and helicopters fired at a crowded people killing many civilians. 



* Sohmor Massacre - Sep/19/1984.
- 13 martyrs, 12 wounded. 

The occupation forces stormed the town with tanks, and military vehicles and ordered the inhabitants to congregate at the town's mosque where they fired at them. 

* Seer Al Garbiah - Feb/23/1985.
- Seven martyrs.

The massacre took place at Al- Husseinieh building where people took shelter from the shelling of the Israeli soldiers who stormed the town with a huge number of military vehicles. 


* Maaraka - March/5/1985.
- 15 martyrs. 

The occupation forces planted an explosive device in the Husseinieh building of the town .It was detonated during the distribution of aid to the citizens who lost their lives. 

* Zrariah Massacre - March/11/1985.
- 22 martyrs. 

Following heavy shelling the occupation forces stormed the town with about 100 vehicles and perpetrated a butchery, killing children, women and the elderly. 



*Homeen Al-Tahta -March/21/1985.
- 20 martyrs. 

After attacking the village with 140 army vehicles, the occupation forces ordered the inhabitants to gather at the school of the village. They then destroyed it over their heads. 


* Jibaa Massacre - March/30/1985.
- 5 martyrs, 5 wounded. 

A huge enemy force attacked the town and put it under siege, .When some people tried to escape the siege, the enemy soldiers fired at them, killing and wounding a lot of them. 


* Yohmor Massacre - April/13/1985.
- 10 martyrs. 

At one O’clock in the morning, an Israeli armored force entered the town using civilian cars and opened fire at the houses which resulted in the killing of 10 people, among them a family of six people. 


* Tiri massacre - August/17/1986.
- Four martyrs, 79 wounded. 

Merciless crimes against civilians increased in the town with the occupation forces cutting the hands and ears from the head. 



* Al-Naher Al-Bared Palestinian camp Massacre - Dec/11/1986.
- 20 martyrs, 22 wounded. 

The Israeli warplanes raided this Palestinian refugee camp killing many of the refugees. 


* Ain Al-Hillwee Palestinian Camp Massacre - Sep/5/1987.
- 64 martyrs, 41 wounded. 

The enemy jet fighters launched two raids killing 31 and wounding 41 others. The refugees were hit by a thin raid while they were evacuating casualties, 34 more being killed. 

* Siddiqine Massacre - July/25/1990.
- Three martyrs, including a four years old child. 

The Israeli warplanes bombed a house, among the 3 killed a four years old child. 


* Western Bekaa villages Dec/29/1999.
-Eight martyrs, 11 wounded. 

The Israeli warplanes dropped bombs on he children who were celebrating the “eid” festival, killing eight children and wounding 11 others.


* Aramta Massacre - April/15/1994.
- Two martyrs, Six wounded. 

After blockading the town, armed men entered and ordered the people to gather at the town's square, where they were assaulted. Then, they took the men and women to the detention camp. Later on they stormed, the district of the town, and killed whomever they saw.

* In 1999, a group of persons attacks lebanese army. They are suspected to have realtions with Al-Qaeda network.

=== After 2000 ===

Regular violating of Lebanese air space by israeli military planes has been noticed, also violating of sea lebanese space. Some land intrusion, resulting of killing more then 15 lebanese civilians. Lots of people are killed by israeli mines.
