'''Payman Modarres''' (born 18 June 1975 in [[Portsmouth]], [[United Kingdom|UK]]) is the founder and sole owner of the Imortal group of companies, a manufacturing firm dealing with motorcycle clothing mainly focused at the extreme sports sector such as motorcycle stunt riding. Imortal also manufactures fashion and regular clothing. Under the Imortal Group there is also a record label, 'Imortal Media.'

Imortal was formed in 2005. The company also operates its own team of stunt riders, 'Imortal Riders', whom perform shows across the world and recognized globally by most of street bike stunt riders/followers. 

==Background==
Of [[Persian people|Persian]] descent, P.Modarres was a rebellious character from a very young age and was known to be stubborn in his ways. He was also known to be very passionate with a string of interests such as rock music and design. He came from a stable family environment and received private education throughout his academic years, although his passion was never in books. He was head-hunted to pursue a career within the financial sector. This led to most of his early twenties being spent traveling across the globe, mainly in the Far East, where he made his mark as a businessman. It did not take long before he settled to create 'Imortal' after following his ultimate passion of sports bikes and high [[adrenaline]] sporting activities.

He is also close to many rock singers and musicians and provides them with fashion clothing for on and off the stage.

He still resides in London (UK)
