[[CIM Radio]] is a smooth jazz [[Internet radio]] station launched on October 2, 2001 and is based in [[New York City, New York]]. Its extra "smooth-groove" format and strong support for independent smooth labels made it popular among long time listeners of [[smooth jazz]] radio.

In early 2004, [[CIM Radio]] rebranded into [[smooth fusion]] to expand its offerings by including a wider variety of smooth tracks, particularly those that have less to do with [[jazz]] itself. Later that year, CIM Radio announced listenership of over 3.5 million worldwide.

In mid-2004, [[CIM Radio]] expanded its reach to include support for [[Windows Media Audio|WMA]] and has been exclusively featured on the new [[Windows Media Player]] 10 Internet radio directory of jazz channels.
