The President and CEO of the [[Miss Canada International 1996 and Miss Teen Canada International 1998. Contestants have praised Ms. Stark for the event and how well their every need was taken care of. In 2003 Ms. Stark started a campaign to save a woman in Nigeria that was sentenced to death by stoning for having a child out of wedlock after being raped. Stark started a petition through emails that was delivered to the Foreign Affairs in Ottawa. Hundreds of signatures were obtained to change the womens plight. In the end the womans life was spared.

Sparked by the devastation of the [[2004 Tsunami]], Stark founded the ''Teddy Bears of Hope campaign'' which sends new and used teddy bears to children in areas affected by war and turmoil.<ref name=myk>{{Cite news
