==Biography==
Born on a Kentucky chicken farm, Sam studied at Murray State University, the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine, Tufts University and Harvard Medical School. He is the medical director of the [[Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children]] and a practicing psychiatrist. Dr. Kelley served on the Board of Advisors of the Human Rights project, worked as a legislative aide to Congressman [[Jim McDermott]], (D) worked on the Clinton Healthcare Task force and started his own healthcare company. He is married to Maria Infantine-Kelley. They reside in [[Cohasset, Massachusetts]].
