Revision 49847 of "Talk:Party disapproval" on enwikiactually this page was not removed for being biased, as I thought, but rather because of someone's ideological objections to [[bioregional democracy]] - the article as it reads is all right if a bit promotional (that can be neutralized), I'll see if I can find the reference for it.
OK, the article is fixed and now illustrates the political economy issues it raises.
It is also the only place the role of political parties seems to be discussed at all - and probably the best place, as one tends to consider the role of something only when considering eliminating it...
