==Early life==
May was born in [[Lakeland, Florida|Lakeland]], [[Florida]]. At the age of three, May moved with her family to the small town of [[Land O' Lakes, Florida]]. When May was twelve, she went to an [[improvisational theatre|improv]] [[summer camp]], and it was there that she realized she wanted to act for the rest of her life.

In the 9th grade, she played Rebecca Gibbs in ''[[Our Town]]''. May made her [[short subject|short film]] debut in 2003 in Icon Film Studios' ''To Live Is to Die'' and had a voice-over part in ''Broken Tomorrow''.
In 2005, May starred on ''[[Power Rangers S.P.D.]]''. She went on to become good friends with ''S.P.D.'' executive producer Greg Aronowitz and has had roles in his films ''[[Labou]]'' and ''[[Battle Planet]]''.
May lives in [[Los Angeles]], [[California]], where she also works as a hairstylist.
Monica May grew up in a small town. Attended Land o' Lakes high school, and lived in cypress bayou.
