'''Elf Fatima''' is a [[post-rock]] [[quartet]] from [[Hong Kong]], founded in [[1997]].

Their influences include post-rock giants such as [[Godspeed You! Black Emperor]], [[Mogwai (band)|Mogwai]], and [[Sigur Rós]] as well as the [[shoegazing]] bands of the 1990s. Their songs are mostly instrumental,  and sometimes accompanied by the dreamy vocals of frontwoman "Elf" (戴卓玲).

The current members are:
*Elf (vocals)
*Eddie Hui (guitar)
*Voodoobee (bass)
*Dave Yip (drums)

Their debut album ''[[Kill All W]]'' (2001) featured a peculiar close-up photograph of a hairy [[armpit]] on its cover. It established the group's sound and included the single ''Your Mind Has Been Damaged'', previously featured on the compilation ''Collected Monsters II Live'' (2000). The band remained underground until their second release, the eponymous ''[[Elf Fatima (album)|Elf Fatima]]'' (2005).

Elf Fatima opened for Mogwai in Hong Kong on October 10, 2004.
