I'm knee-deep in writing my [[Ph.D.]] [[thesis]] in [[bioinformatics]] at [[Boston University]] and I just really need a release sometimes from the writing process.  Oddly, I've found the best thing to take my mind off of my thesis is fixing vandalism and improving encyclopedia articles here at Wikipedia.
