**Depends on the article. If it's a worthwhile article, it should be listed on [[Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English]] in the hope that someone will translate it. That page says "if someone speaks the language the article is written in and can state that it is not worth translating, the item should be moved to VfD", which I guess is the case hhere.
