'''Alfred "A.J." Defilippis''' (born May 28, 1990) is an [[American football]] [[quarterback]] for the [[Winnipeg Blue Bombers]] in the [[Canadian Football League]]. He played college football for the [[Savannah State Tigers]].

Defilippis has also been a member of the [[New Orleans Saints]] in the [[National Football League]] where he played punter in his one year in the NFL.

==High School==
Defilippis attended high school at [[Benedictine]] in Savannah, Georgia. In Defilippis senior year he threw for over 700 yards and rushed for over 800 yards and  as the team's quarterback. Also acting as the team's punter, he averaged 37 yards per punt. His performance would help lead his team to the Georgia 3-AAA state playoffs. Defilippis also played basketball and baseball all four years in high school. 

==College==
Defilippis signed a scholarship to [[Savannah State University]] becoming only the third Caucasian quarterback in school history {{fact|date=December 2014}}. As a true freshman Defilippis would complete 130/231 passes (56.2%) for 1,563 yards, 12 touchdowns and four interceptions as well as running the ball 133 times for 652 yards and 7 touchdowns. In his sophomore year Defilippis would complete 144/258 passes (55.8) for 1,647 yards, 15 touchdowns and four interceptions as well as running the ball 140 times for 701 yards and nine touchdowns. Defilippis finished his junior year leading the Tigers in both rushing and passing yards. He would complete 123/244 passes for 1,549 yards 10 touchdowns and 9 interceptions as well as running the ball 164 times for 778 yards and 8 touchdowns as a receiver he would catch a total of 12 passes for 143 yards.  In his senior year under new head coach [[Steve Davenport]] and with a new offense Defilippis would complete 216/421 (51.3%) for 2,376 yards 18 touchdowns and 15 interceptions as well as running the ball 94 times for 411 yards and five touchdowns.
