The Circle Hand Game is a popularfact game among middle school and high school students. It is also very popular on college campuses, especially among fraternity membersfact.
The game
The circle hand game is played by two or more players with the first trying to get the other(s) to look at his hand while he makes a circle with his thumb and index finger. If the first is sucsessful in geting the other(s) to look he get's to hit them once.
A circle must be placed below the waist. If you're sitting down and you bring your knee up it is technically below the waist. You don't have to put the circle on your body it can be somewhere in the air or on someone elses body.
There is one exception to the "circle below waist" rule. A girl may expose one or all 3 of her nipples and place a circle on each one for one hit a peace.
Also if when one person makes a circle below their waist, and without looking at the circle someone puts their finger through the circle, that person gets to hit the one who made the circle 100 times ( no that would be silly.. 5 times.)
If you catch the person 'dipping you' you can hit them ten time.
NO SPINNING!!!!
The Get
There are many secrets to a good get but it is often necessary to distract your opponent from realizing that the game is on. Good gets range from very sneaky (offering the person money and pretending to take out your wallet only to get them instead) to very blatant (standing and pointing with one hand at the obvious circle made with the other hand).
