'''Mechastrike''' is an online multiplayer [[mech]] game.

In the game you own mechs, and make them battle other users. The game also has a shopping area named [[Sector 3]]. The game is currently small and as of '''4th December 2004''' it has 2283 members.

The game uses an experience system. For a certain amount of experience, you go up a level. And for each level you gain, you get more space at the [[Battery Depot]] and you get badges, to use to improve you and your mechs.

The game lacks graphics; it only provides graphics to show you your mechs, and to tell you about a user.

The game has various currencies, tokens for use in the games arcade, [[Gold Coins|GC]] checks and credits for general use, Gems and Freepoints are exchangable for checks, GC or tokens and Gold and Silver to sell into credits.

The game has a ''Mining Area'' where you mine the Gold and Silver. You need Gold Coins. They are used for various purposes, but mainly for trading into credits, buying a mining pass and setting a clan up. There is also an area called [[Destruction Outpost]] where you need checks to enter.

Another feature of the game is the [[Internet forum|Forum]] and [[chat]].
