（1901?/FONT>1968年）原籍南海小塘，父辈落籍佛山。其父在佛山经营油糖粉面、火水、故衣，家财颇丰，宅弟在朝阳街。黎自幼全弱，早期曾从师陆兰官学艺，13岁拜陈华顺之徒雷汝济学咏春拳以防身强身，又随师学习跌打医术。经近30多年刻苦练习，拳技日渐精湛，四十岁时开始授徒，门徒有劳华、劳煊、扬德、许三珠、霍润芝等。
