Sayer appeared in one episode of the [[Inspector Morse (TV series)|Inspector Morse]] spin off "Lewis" as Anna Mallory in early 2007. Later that year, Sayer appeared in ''EastEnders'' when [[Ian Beale]] was searching for his ex-wife. 
She has also appeared in various [[BT Group|British Telecomms]] and [[Marks & Spencer]] advertisements.
