Revision 2140422 of "Talk:Tim Clinton" on enwikiquote

The wikipedia page for the organization does not list this man has president. There is no individual wiki page for this person.

The quotes listed are, for the most part, not memorable or deeply insightful (although that's subjective since it needs to be based on opinion). Is this notable enough or of enough quality to keep the apge? [[Special:Contributions/83.70.170.48|83.70.170.48]]
: He undoubtedly is the president.[http://www.aacc.net/about-us/leadership/] If you feel that this article should be deleted, you may add the template <nowiki>{{subst:Prod|Not notable; poor quotes}}</nowiki> to the page.--[[User:Collingwood|Collingwood]] ([[User talk:Collingwood|talk]]) 11:18, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
:: I too was skeptical when this article was created, not just because notability is [[w:Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)#No inherited notability|inherited]] from a sectarian trade association, but also because it appears to be promoting a newly released book (May 2012). I am not sure what I would say about the originality and profundity of the quotes if the article were taken to [[Wikiquote:Votes for deletion|Votes for deletion]]. ~ [[User:Ningauble|Ningauble]] ([[User talk:Ningauble|talk]]) 16:26, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
:: Template added. A quick spot check of five "quotes" in Google shows only turned up one being '''quoted''' outside this page, Amazon, and Google Books; that once was by a book reviewer who liked it. This doesn't seem good for notability. As for merit, I'd consider them at best trite, and most not even rising to that. [[User:Abb3w|Abb3w]] ([[User talk:Abb3w|talk]]) 15:51, 22 June 2016 (UTC)
