(contracted; show full)and I have updated the chapter pages to transclude from the djvu rather than the earlier pdf.  The pdf Index page is still there (perhaps it should become a redirect?), and the move process left behind several redirect pages that presumably are not really needed. Page 268 is missing in [[Index:CromwellHugo.djvu]]. I've found this page in another scan at [http://hdl.handle.net/2027/uiug.30112048339276?urlappend=%3Bseq=282 HathiTrust’s digital library] Having no experience in djvu file edition, could someone correct the file?
