Use new source for Logic of Chance
, by John Venn is not a perfect scan.
Another (and hopefully better) source for the same book is available here: https://archive.org/details/logicofchance00venn.
I would like to work on this book. How to go about it? Should one replace the current scan with the different scan or create a new Index page for the new source? Whatever be the case, can someone create an Index page for the new scan? I'm not familiar with how to go about it. Thanks.

:Ok, so looks like the current scan is 3rd edition, while the one I linked to is 4th edition. So I guess will definitely have a new Index page. Can someone create one? Thanks. --Siddhant (talk) 17:09, 14 October 2015 (UTC)

Sophocles rebinding
Sigh...
It seems that :File:Sophocles (Classical Writers).djvu has a pair of duplicate pages that need to be removed These are pages 86 & 87 in the DjVu file (a duplicate of pages 78 & 79 in the original volume). Could someone with the requisite skill please remove these pages (and perhaps let the Internet Archive know as well)? Thanks. --EncycloPetey (talk) 21:37, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
* done - pages removed. Where does one notify IA? —Beleg Tâl (talk) 14:14, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
*: Thanks for the fix. I've no idea how to coordinate with IA. The only times I've tried to contact them, I've gotten no reply. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:41, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
Hickie has 2 extra pages
The :File:Comedies of Aristophanes (Hickie 1853) vol1.djvu is in need of repair. Two pages (DjVu 68 & 69) are superfluous scan errors, and should be removed. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:52, 27 February 2016 (UTC)
:I downloaded the djvu and deleted the pages, but then scanning the rest of the file noticed that pages 246 and 247 (as numbered in the source) are missing. There's a much better quality scan here: cu31924087931675, which is seems to be complete. It's an 1858 edition, rather than 1853 though, with many pages of unrelated book listings in the end. I'd suggest using it instead, but if it's important to have the 1853 edition, I could patch in the missing pages from the 1858 one ...
