A woman came for a routine [[Wikipedia:obstetric ultrasonography|obstetric ultrasonography]] at a [[Wikipedia:gestational age|gestational age]] of 18 weeks and 6 days, which showed the picture displayed above. It shows both the length of the [[Wikipedia:Tibia|tibia]] up to the knee and the normally [[Wikipedia:Transverse plane|transverse plane]] of the [[Wikipedia:Foot|foot]] since the [[Wikipedia:Sole (foot)|sole]] and all [[Wikipedia:Toe|toe]]s are visible, indicating a [[Wikipedia:Club foot|club foot (congenital talipes equinovarus)]].

A subsequent [[Wikipedia:3D ultrasound|3D ultrasound]] confirmed the suspicion of club foot, and the condition was seen on both feet as displayed below:
