# 2. Reliability: It determines how much the performance of a product, process or service is reliable. 
# 3. Affordability: It determines how much economical a product, process or service is. 
# 4. Durability: It determines how long a product or service will last. 
# 5. Safety: It determines how much a product, process or service is safe for health and environment. 
# 6. Compatibility: It determines how much a product, process or service is compatible with other products, processes or services.
