If you're ok with Jani's behavior, you could just say, "I think it's perfectly ok for a male bureaucrat of this wiki to hunt down the personal details of a female user of another wiki and post them on her otherwise anonymous user profile." Peter unilaterally deleted it and maybe he'll keep doing so, counter-policy.
