Haven't seen [[Special:Contributions/Shawn_Arnold|this type of vandalism]] in a couple of weeks, though it was pretty common a few months back. Yup, the one who creates a new account to write obscenities on stewards and wikipedia admin's talk pages here on Wikivoyage. As I was typing this, they were vandalizing this very page.
