Los coaches enfrentarán a 2 participantes de su equipo a dueto, escogiendo a uno para pasar de ronda, siendo el otro eliminado de su equipo, además, a cada coach se le otorgan 2 “Robos”, dando la oportunidad de salvar participantes perdedores. Esta es la segunda edición mexicana dentro del formato (después de la sexta edición en La Voz México), en no incluir asesores para los coaches, siendo estos quienes entrenarán y tomarán las decisiones sobre los equipos, solos.

== Top 3 ==
En esta última fase eliminatoria, los coaches deberán decidir quiénes son los tres mejores de los 12 participantes de su equipo. 

Cada uno de los participantes interpretará una canción. Al finalizar cada interpretación, su coach decidirá si el o la participante ocupan alguna de las tres sillas que representan al primer, segundo y tercer lugar de su equipo. Cuando las tres sillas se encuentren ocupadas y un participante merezca un lugar, el artista de la tercera silla deberá cederla y será eliminado. Quienes permanezcan con silla al finalizar las 12 interpretaciones pasarán a la última etapa de La Voz.
