Completó sus estudios académicos y se graduó con una licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil. Dice haber visto al 12vo Imam, el Imam Al Mahdi en un sueño ordenándole inscribirse en la Hauza Ilmiîa, un Instituto Religioso de Nayaf, Iraq, lo cual hizo.
