== Historia ==

Helga de Alvear nace en 1936 en la ciudad de Kirn/Nahe (Renania-Palatinado) en Alemania. Estudia en el colegio Salem en el lago de Constanza, Lausana y Ginebra, Suiza. Posteriormente amplía estudios en Londres durante un año.
