I am recent graduate of [http://cs.stanford.edu Computer Science] (B.S.) and [http://sysmsys.stanford.edu Symbolic Systems] (M.S.) at Stanford University where I worked with [http://cs.stanford.edu/people/jure/ Jure Leskovec] on the effects of social interaction on linguistic evolution. My academic interests fall mostly into the disciplines of AI, linguistics, social network analysis and philosophy of language, but I also love to tinker, bake bread and keep bees.

I support the Global Development team with quantitive evaluation and analysis for their projects around the world.  I use various text processing, social network analysis, and visualization techniques to answer questions about the way wikimedia projects work and how to best encourage their improvement through structural changes.
