== પ્રારંભિક જીવન ==
ગોપાલનો જન્મ ૨૧ જુલાઈ ૧૯૮૯ના રોજ બોટાદ ખાતે થયો હતો. તેમણે પોતાનો પ્રાથમિક અભ્યાસ [[ભાવનગર જિલ્લો|ભાવનગર જિલ્લા]]ના [[ઉમરાળા તાલુકો|ઉમરાળા તાલુકા]]ના [[ટીંબી (તા. ઉમરાળા)|ટીંબી]] ગામે અને માધ્યમિક અભ્યાસ ધોળા ગામે કર્યો હતો છે. તેમણે ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી અમદાવાદમાંથી પોલિટિકલ સાયન્સ વિષયમાં સ્નાતકની પદવી પ્રાપ્ત કરી હતી.
