Saluto, Fafnir! As I've promised, I've created "Shablono:EuropanaUrbi", and used it first with [[:Wien]]. I think that this template/shablono possibly can be adapted to other cities in the World, too. This template is more or less based on this one in English Wikipedia '''=>''' [[:en:Template:Infobox CityIT]], and NOT on this one => [[:en:Template:Infobox Settlement]].<br>As you see, in English wikipedia they have created lots of templates to cities in different countries. But this attitude, if we try to copy it, would create some problems to us, mainly because of their complexity:
#st. problem: these complex templates are hard to be copied without making mistakes. If it was only to "translate the expressions" it would be easy, but there are a lot of parenthesis and other graphical signals that, if suppressed or added in wrong places, may destroy the appearance of the template. Imagine, for example, to find a misplaced '''#''' character, or a lacking '''{''' in the middle of many lines: I would lose the rest of my hair, trying to fix them!! :)) :))
#nd. problem: if a vandal attacks a complex template, or erases it, lots of hard work will be necessary to repair it.
#rd. problem: English Wikipedia maybe has articles about almost all British, Italian, French, German, etc, cities and towns. According to the country, the towns can be located in regions subdivided into provinces which are re-subdivided into counties, and so on. The regions can be nominated "province" (provinco), "states" (stato), "county" (komtio)", "Länder", and so on. This creates a complex problem that is: how to vary the title (province, county, länder, state, "arrondissement", etc) of the subdivision, according to the country, without creating an almost-impossible-to-understand template.
#th. problem: Finally, some countries have municipal coats-of-arms (Italy, Switzerland, Germany), others have municipal flags, others have both (Austria, France), others have neither (eg.: United Kingdom). Or, at least, they do not have these images in Commons. So, how should the template be constructed in other both to show these symbols (when they exist), and to maintain aesthetics? This template development is not something easy, at all. I haven't tested this template with Italian cities, for example (which do not have municipal flags in Commons), so I don't know wether it will maintain aesthetic, or not. If I cannot maintain aesthetics with only one template, maybe it will be necessary to develop others more (a complex task, which will demand a lot of time).

That's why I have first developed "BrazilianaUrbi": the amount of cities and the constant amount of information (to all these cities I could find the informations about "mayor", "area", "Internet URL", and so on) justified the creation of a template. I don't consider it "a beautifully aesthetic template", but at least it works. With that template I've practiced how to create a template for a city similar to the ones that I've created in other languages (see, for example, my article in Occitan about the city of [[:oc:Osasco|Osasco]] and compare it with the template in Ido). Then I've created "Ciencisto", then "Politikisto", and finally "EuropanaUrbi", which has ingredients of these previous three, plus other new ones copied from [[:en:Template:Infobox CityIT|this one]].

In short: we need a person here in Ido wikipedia which has technical knowledge to develop complex templates (a knowledge more similar to computer-programming than to article-writing), which has enought time to develop and test them, and who knows Ido language reazonably well. Unfortunately we only have the last condition (knowledge of Ido language; you much better than me) but I do not have properly the first condition (technical knowledge) and sometimes not the second one (time).
